Loan Processing Flow
Step 1 – Document Submission
To begin, please provide your full English name, IC number, and phone number so that we may print your most recent CCRIS report.
Step 2 – Report Diagnosis
We would assess your present “bankability” after receiving your most recent report.
Step 3 – Fact Finding Process
After finishing the report’s analysis, our experts will call you to learn more about your present scenario and the issues you’re having.
Step 4 – Financial Advisory
We offer a free one-on-one consultation to assess your position from the bank’s view and provide the best solutions. Our goal is to help you build your credibility.
Step 5 – Agreement Confirmation
After you have agreed to our consultant’s suggestion, we will draught a basic agreement between us before moving forward with the loan application procedure.
Step 6 – Loan Submission Process
We will gather and help you complete the necessary paperwork for your loan, then submit it to the bank promptly.
Step 7 – Contract Signing Process
Once the bank reviews and verifies your documents, they will approve the loan and have you sign the offer letter promptly.
Step 8 – Bank Fund Release
After signing the agreements, wait 3 to 6 months for the bank to deposit the loan into your account, depending on the loan type and property.
Step 9 – Consultant Fee Collection
Our consultation charge will be assessed only after you have received a loan, so you will not be required to pay us anything prior to securing a bank loan.
